Brielle Schneider

CTG sports nutritionist

Brielle grew up playing a variety of sports such as: basketball, volleyball, soccer, softball, and track. Basketball was always the sport she was most passionate about which led her to the decision to continue playing at the collegiate level.

Throughout this experience she felt in the dark when it came to how to fuel her body properly as an athlete, which also correlated with mental struggles she was having. This is what sparked her interest in becoming a sports nutritionist.
